Delhi were 271 for 6 on stumps Day 1 with Dhruv Shorey playing on 123. Rajneesh Gurbani took a hat-trick to reduce Delhi to 295 in the first session of Day 2. Vidarbha came to bat with 14 overs before Lunch, Faiz Fazal and Sanjay Ramaswamy added 96 runs to the opening wicket stand. Akash Sudan broke the partnership by dismissing both the opening batsmen, Vidarbha were reduced for 129 for 2 at Tea. Delhi managed to pick two more wickets by the end of the day.

Vidarbha’s senior player Wasim Jeffer batting on 61 will look to score big and take the advantage of first innings lead. Vidarbha is currently trailing by 89 run end of Day 2.
