Ravi Shastri to continue as India’s Director of Cricket till ICC World Cup 2015

Shastri's success has ensured that his role of Director of Cricket is secure till the World Cup.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will be held on November 20. The BCCI appointed Ravi Shastri as the Director of Cricket for India till the ICC World Cup 2015. Duncan Fletcher, R Sridhar, Sanjay Bangar and Bharath Arun will all continue in support staff till the World Cup as well.

According to reports by PTI, the AGM of the BCCI will be held on November 20. According to the finance committee report that was tabled in Chennai on Friday, the affiliated units of the BCCI will be getting a significantly less share of the pie due to cut in sponsorship and media rights money. Shastri’s success has ensured that his role of Director of Cricket is secure till the ICC World Cup 2015.
