India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took to twitter to defend his bowling action. Ashwin’s bowling has come under severe criticism across social media, where many have said that his action looks illegal, yet the ICC is not taking any actions against him. ICC recently suspended Bangladesh bowlers Taskin Ahmed and Arafat Sunny for illegal bowling action ans have therefore been banned from bowling in international cricket. Both Taskin and Sunny had a test in Chennai, but have not been cleared yet. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will follow the rules and appeal to the ICC according to the rules and regulations prescribed in the book.
