Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper Rishabh pant’s form with the bat, along with the pleasant performance by Punjab Kings (PBKS) captain Shreyas Iyer is going to make Sunday’s mid-table clash an exciting match.
Shreyas Iyer has a great level of understanding of game situations. He has evolved as a captain without compromising his batting performance, which has served Punjab Kings greatly. Iyer hit his fourth half-century of this season , securing his team the 4th place on the points table with 13 points from 10 matches.
Pant, on the other hand, has had a disappointing run while batting, as he had registered six single-digit scores for a total of 110 runs in 10 matches. His only notable knock in this season has been a 63-run knock against Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Pant’s poor form has placed his side in a virtual must-win situation against PBKS, with LSG currently sixth on the table with 10 points.
