New Zealand batsmen, Ross Taylor and Grant Elliott brought up the 100-run stand for the fourth wicket, against fellow co-hosts and record former world champions, Australia, in the trans-Tasmanian final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in Melbourne on Sunday. Elliott contributed 67 while Taylor contributed 30 along with three extras in the 100-run stand. Eariler, New Zealand skipper, Brendon McCullum won the toss and elected to bat first. Both the teams are moving in with an unchanged squad from their respective semi finals win.
