Sachin Tendulkar express shock on Phillip Hughes’ death

Hughes played 26 Test matches and 25 ODI's for Australia.

Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has expressed grief on the death of Australian cricketer Phil Hughes who passed away on Thursday in Sydney.

He tweeted on Thursday, “Shocked to hear about Phil. Sad day for cricket. Deepest condolences to family, friends and well wishers. RIP #PhilipHughes (sic)”

Hughes suffered a serious head injury when he was hit on the head by  a bouncer bowled by fast-bowler Sean Abbott. Hughes death has shocked the whole cricket fraternity and people from all walks of life have expressed grief on social media.
Hughes played 26 Test matches and 25 ODI’s for Australia. Hughes was also bought by Mumbai Indians (MI) in the sixth season of Indian Premier League (IPL).
