Former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar said on Sunday that the upcoming Ashes 2013-14 is going to be exciting, and picked Australia pacer Mitchell Johnson as the key player for the home side.

Tendulkar said at a press conference, “About the Ashes it is something, I’m sure both the nations are looking out for. England want to prove that they can go down and beat Australia. And Australia want to bounce back. I enjoyed watching Mitchell Johnson bowl in India. It will be exciting if he is part of the Australian squad.”

The legendary batsman recalled two of his innings — first century in Test cricket, scoring 119 at Old Trafford 1990 and 103 not out after the Mumbai terror attacks in Chennai in 2008 — as his two favourites against England.

“My two favourite moments against Australia was when I scored my first ton against them at Old Trafford  and the century I scored against them in 2008 at Chennai,”
