Commemorating Sachin Tendulkar’s 200th and final Test at the Wankhede Stadium against West Indies, a special gold coin was used for the toss on Thursday.

On one side of the coin there is Tendulkar’s face crafted with ‘SRT 200’ written below and on the other side MCA logo.

After the toss, the coin was handed to Tendulkar as a memento as he bids goodbye to international cricket after this Test match.

Thousand replicas of the coin will be handed to select dignitaries at the stadium, according to DNA.

Tendulkar was also honoured with a postage stamp. After Mother Teresa, he becomes the second living Indian to receive this honour.
