Sachin Tendulkar wished all his followers a Happy New Year through his official Twitter account. Tendulkar tweeted saying that he wished everyone good health and happiness in 2014.
He also tweeted saying that he felt great to be back in Mumbai and meet his friends and family. Tendulkar had been touring the country after retiring from the game in November 2013.
May God bless all of us with good health & happiness in 2014. Nothing better than starting the new year with mother’s blessings…

The Indian legend retired from cricket on November 16, 2013, as the highest run-scorer and century-maker in both Tests and One-Day Internationals (ODIs).
His last match was against West Indies in the second Test at his homeground at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
