Pakistan off-spinner Saeed Ajmal returned to competitive cricket with impressive figures against Kenya. Ajmal was suspended by ICC after his action was found to be illegal. The decision to suspend him was made by ICC in September, 2014.

When the news of suspension broke, Ajmal had vowed to comeback and play in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. With figures, 6-0-23-1, he seems to be well on the path to achieving the target. He worked intensively with Saqlain Mushtaq to correct the action.

Kenya are currently on tour to Pakistan and are trailing 4-0 in the series against Pakistan A. The PCB hopes that Kenya touring Pakistan will set the path for other international teams to follow suit in due time. The last international series in Pakistan was in 2009, when the Sri Lankan players came under terrorist attack. International cricket has not returned to the country ever since.
