State Bank of Hyderabad beat Air India by one wicket to win the Raj Singh Dungarpur Trophy for the BCCI Corporate Championship on Thursday.
Batting first, Air India scored 282 for none in 50 overs but the eventual winners reached the target with four balls to spare and a wicket in hand.
For Air India, former India international Mohammed Kaif scored a sedate 88 while another India discard Robin Uthappa made 56. T Pawan Kumar was the pick of the bowlers taking four for 60.
Pawan later also played his part with the willow cracking 33 off only 19 balls to clinch the victory for his side. TL Suman was the top scorer with 57.
The winners received a prize money of Rs 1 crore while the runners-up were richer by Rs 50 lakh. The man-of-the-match Pawan received Rs 25,000.(PTI)
