Bollywood superstar and the co-owner of Twenty20 teams Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Trinidad and Tobago Red Steel (T&T), Shah Rukh Khan has announced that he will be there in the Caribbean for the final of the ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL) T20 final. Trinidad and Tobago have qualified for the second semi-final of the tournament against Guyana Amazing Warriors, and if they win it, they will be taking on the Barbados Tridents in the tournament final on July 26 at the Port of Spain. The Bravo brothers — Dwayne and Darren — both are a part of Trinidad and Tobago. While Dwayne Bravo is also a regular feature in the Indian Premier League (IPL), his brother Darren has not been a part of the league.
Earlier in June 2015, KKR co-owners Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta along with Shah Rukh Khan had purchased stakes in the T&T team. The next season of CPL begins on June 20 and will go on till July 26. T & T is currently led by West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard.
