Shakib Al Hasan comes out shining before Test series against India
In the County championship Division One clash, Hasan made a four-wicket haul on the first Day of the game.

Bangladesh’s senior all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has not gone back home with the team after they cleanswept Pakistan in Rawalpindi. Shakib boarded the flight to England as he wanted to represent Surrey against Somerset on a one-match deal. In the County championship Division One clash, Hasan marked the ball at Cooper Associated County Ground, Taunton, he made a four-wicket haul on the first Day of the game.
Shakib got introduced as the change bowler by England opener Rory Burns. Though he did not get any wickets, he bowled three maidens in his first spell of 10 overs. In his 22nd over, Shakib dismissed Tom Abell.

Though Tom’s 132-run game helped Somerset go past the mark of 300 runs, Shakib also made significant contribution as he finished the innings for Somerset with the wickets of Kasey Aldridge, Craig Overton and Brett Randell.
Aldridge was bowled out, Overtun was stumped, and Randell found himself trapped in front of the stumps. Somerset were bowled out for 317 runs. Shakib bowled 33.5 of the overs in this game, which included 7 maidens while only giving out 97 runs.

Shakib has only played one Test on Indian grounds, and scored 104 runs in the game including a knock of 82 runs. He managed to take a few wickets in the same Test as well. Shakib overall has 21 wickets from 8 Tests against India.
