Pakistan would look to script a comprehensive win over Zimbabwe at Kandy

Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura won the toss and choose to bat against Pakistan in their World Cup Group A match at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy.

 

Pakistan have dropped wayward fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar and included Wahab Riaz in his place while Asad Shafiq replaces Umar Akmal.

 

Zimbabwe have brought in Vusi Sibanda and Shingirai Masakadza in place of Chris Mpofu and Tinashe Paanyangara respectively.
