Sourav Ganguly is the next cricketer to make his Dubsmash debut along with Bollywood star Ranveer Singh, who is promoting his upcoming film, Bajirao Mastani. Ganguly enacted Ranveer’s dialogue from the Bajirao Mastani and the actor was looking very impressed as the former cricketer looked no less professional in acting than the actor himself. The film also features the Bollywood queens Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. This dubsmash is a part of the promotion of the movie which is set to be released on December 18. The dialogue enacted by the president of Cricket Association of Bengal was the movie’s line which seems to be going viral even before the film’s release: “Bajirao ne mastani se mohabbat ki hain, aiyashi nhi.” READ: Sourav Ganguly says Virat Kohli reminds him of his days as India captain

Meanwhile, the former Indian skipper also has an eye on current Indian side that has defeated South Africa in the four-Test series 2-0 with the final game scheduled to be played on December 3. He said, “It absolutely does (remind me of my playing days as captain). His positivity is his biggest asset, and that is why he is such a terrific skipper. I rate him very highly, both as a player and as a captain. I think Kohli is good for Indian cricket.”

Speaking about the match at Nagpur and the failures of Indian batsmen to spin bowling, Ganguly felt India did not have much to worry about since the batting conditions were very tough.

“Look, these are tough wickets. There have been some who have missed out, but these are quality batsmen you are talking about, the likes of (Ajinkya) Rahane and Kohli. I think our batting is in safe hands,” Ganguly added.
