West Indies win the final T20I against Sri Lanka by 23 runs. With this win they level the T20I series and salvage some pride after having lost six matches on a trot— two Tests, three ODIs and the first T20. Winning the toss, they batted first and made 162 runs for the loss of six wickets. None of the West Indies batsmen went on to score a fifty. Lasith Malinga bowled exceedingly well, picking two wickets at an economy of only four. It was  not a big score and considering the strong Sri Lankan batting, they looked favourites to win the match. The Lankans started well with Tillakaratne Dilshan and Shehan Jayasuriya taking the attack on the bowlers. LIVE CRICKET SCORECARD: Sri Lanka vs West Indies 2015, 2nd T20 at Colombo

Dilshan made a brilliant 52 off 38 odd balls. Dilshan struck five boundaries in his knock well supported by Jayasuriya at the other end who made 3o with the help of three boundaries and a six. But after their wickets, Sri Lanka had a middle-order batting collapse in which they lost wickets like bicycles falling in a cycle stand. After the middle-order collapse, Sri Lanka’s tail did not offer any resistance. They lost the last five wickets for just 13 runs to get bowled out for 139. Dwayne Bravo and Ravi Rampaul bowled beautifully picking four and three wickets respectively. Sunil Narine also bowled well in his four overs in which he took one wicket at a good economy of six per over. Dwayne Bravo bagged man of the match award while Tillakaratne Dilshan for his amazing performance with the bat was awarded man of the series.
