West Indian women edged past England in the semi final of the T20 World Cup and their counterpart Men’s team beat host India to enter into the final showdown. They have been a force to be reckon with in limited overs circuit be it T20 or ODIs. Their hard-hitting abilities, commitment in field and a blend of both fast bowling and unorthodox spin bowling has paved their way through to reach the finals of the World Cup.

Amidst all the controversies faced with their boards over payments and contracts, they showed that the incident had no impact on their game. They haven’t just played the game but played it with a good spirit making an example for youngsters. This may commence the era of West Indian Cricket once again, but we will have to see that for ourselves in today’s final clash for the title at 3 PM for women and 7PM for men today.
