Aakash Chopra, the host of JioCinema’s daily sports show “#AAKASHVANI,” has picked five Indian players to keep an eye on during the U-19 Men’s World Cup in South Africa.
Excerpts:
Uday Saharan (Middle-order batsman and captain)
Uday, who was born in Rajasthan, relocated to Punjab, where he played cricket. His father has given him a lot of assistance, and the Punjab Cricket Association has also made significant financial investments in him. He will play at No. 4 and 5. He performed admirably in the recent tri-series featuring Afghanistan and South Africa, scoring a century against the South Africa. He is a competent batter and a good stroke-maker. He is very patient and has a pleasant disposition.
Raj Limbani (Fast bowler)
In the U-19 ACC Cup, he took 7/13 against Nepal. He has a great ball stroke. He makes a frequent effort to strike the pads. He can locate the outside edges and some of the balls straighten. Seeing how he bowls on South African pitches will be intriguing.
Saumy Pandey (Vice Captain and left-arm spinner)
He had several difficulties growing up. He was born prematurely, something many people are unaware of, therefore his body had some time to develop. He overcame these obstacles and became a proficient left-arm spinner. He can continue to bowl in the same spot. He can change the speed well and as he bowls accurately, he should be able to rack up wickets in South Africa.
Musheer Khan (right-handed batsman and left-arm spinner)
When it comes to scoring a lot of points, he reminds us of Sarfaraz. His batting technique is really intriguing. Despite his somewhat awkward and off-balance appearance, he scores many runs quickly. In actuality, he is a game-changer. I have a feeling he’ll seize this chance because he is well aware that possibilities to succeed are few.

Arshin Kulkarni (right-handed batsman and right-arm pacer)
In addition to being a fast bowler, he bats in the top six. In that regard, he’s a unique asset. All the people I’ve spoken to have expressed his skill as a player. The Lucknow Super Giants selected him for the IPL. I hope he performs well at the World Cup. He was successful with both bat and ball in the Maharashtra Premier League, and he was quite outstanding. In the same game, he amassed a century, claimed four wickets, and held six runs in the last over.
