Bhuvneshwar Kumar on Thursday tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Nupur Nagar during his wedding ceremony at Merrut.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar on Thursday tied the nuptial knot with his long-time girlfriend Nupur Nagar at Meerut. It was more or less a double header, as Zaheer Khan too tied the knot with actress Sagarika Ghatke. It is due to this very reason, Bhuvneshwar asked for a release from the Indian Test squad in the ongoing series against Sri Lanka. He was also adjudged the Man of the Match after his spell almost brought India close to a win in the opening Test at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata. It is also being reported by Deccan Chronicle that a couple of days after the wedding, there would be a reception ceremony in Nupur’s hometown at Bulandshahr, while family members and family friends would only be attending the event.
