David Miller is undoubtedly one of the finest fielders in contemporary cricket and has taken some hair-raising catches throughout his career. As the Caribbean Premier League 2016 is in action, a lot of cricketing action is going on in West Indies. Miller once again lived up to his reputation as he clinched a beautiful catch at the boundary to get rid of Samuel Badree. During the 21st encounter between St Lucia Zouks and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, the former team was defending a total of 174 in their 20 overs. St Kitts and Nevis Patriots were eight down at a score of 136. Samuel Badree was at the crease, when Jerome Taylor came to bowl the 19th over. Badree tried to send a slower one for a big six over deep mid-wicket but lacked power.
Miller ran towards his left and dived to grab a fantastic catch, which brought an end to Badree’s innings. St Kitts and Nevis Patriots were dismantled for a mere score of 139 as St Lucia Zouks won the thrilling encounter by 35 runs. This catch easily made it to one of the highlights if the game.
