Persistent rains have thrown life out of control in Kolkata, and so have been affected are the cricketers. India and Australia were denied of a practice session on Wednesday as the ground remained under covers for the second consecutive day. Following the cancellation of the practice session, former Indian skipper MS Dhoni decided to test his shooting skills with the gun. He travelled to Kolkata Police Training School, where he had a shooting session with pistol. His shots were accurate, as Kolkata Police officials were stunned with his skills. During his visit, he also indulged in a pep talk with few of the recruits in Kolkata Police. In 2010, Dhoni had visited the Lalbazar police headquarters as he was looking for an old motorcycle. “The great MS Dhoni takes some time off to practice his shooting skills at our state of the art shooting range this afternoon at Police Training School. His accuracy is breathtaking,” Kolkata Police posted on their official Facebook page. “It’s great to host Dhoni for the second time. He’s an extraordinary marksman and inspired us all. It’s a state of art shooting range at PTS and Dhoni shot both in the 10m and 25 ranges,” a top Kolkata Police official was quoted as saying to PTI.
