Former Pakistan speedstar Shoaib Akhtar on Monday expressed his wish and desire to play for Indian great Sachin Tendulkar‘s team in the upcoming Cricket All Stars League T20 game, scheduled to be held in USA this November. Sachin and Shane Warne, who will play against each other for their respectives teams, i.e. Sachin Blasters and Warne Warriors, are set to grip the USA in cricket fever for quite a while as they play their opening game at the Citi field in New York, that also serves as the home ground for New York Mets Major League BAseball (MLB) team. Shoaib’s decision to wish to play for Sachin’s team was due to his tiredness to battle against him, which he stated during a talk show hosted by Star Sports. Earlier, both on Monday visited the Face book headquaretrs in New York to indulge themselves in a session of questions from the fans on Twitter and answer them. Both on Monday enjoyed lunch together at the Facebook headquarters in New York. Both the men, who were in the headquarters on Monday to promote the upcoming All Stars T20 Cricket League and answer few questions of the fans based on the league, shared the moment of having and enjoying lunch together. The much awaited tournament is all set to kick off later this month in the United States at few of the premier staiums all over the country as USA would gear up for some high voltage cricketing action. Both have landed here ahead of the first of three historic Cricket All Stars matches in the United States later this month.
