After Mumbai Indians’ owner Mukesh Ambani, it’s of ‘King of Good Times’, Vijay Mallya who will live up to his billionaire status. According to reports, Mallya is planning to move to an exclusive one-acre penthouse on the 34th floor of an upcoming millionaires’ paradise in Bangalore.
According to a report in Zee News, The Royal Challengers Bangalore owner’s new luxury house will be built in the heart of India’s IT hub on a 4.5 acre piece of land. It has paved way for a 34-storey tower in which the Kingfisher boss will live in his exclusive pad.
Moreover, this complex is close to Chinnaswamy stadium, which is his franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore’s (RCB) home ground.
Mallya’s dream house is believed to be one-acre in size and will include a wine cellar, an indoor heated pool, an outdoor infinity pool, a gym, a salon and a spa.
The roof of the penthouse will have a helipad as well. Besides, a separate parking lot to accommodate 100 cars has been provided in this ultra-luxurious complex.
He will also have a separate exclusive entrance and lift to take him to his designer home in the clouds.

The prices of other flats in this complex is said to be Rs 20 crore.
