Virat Kohli scored his first Test ton at Adelaide and has gone on to have further success at the ground. He scored twin centuries against Australia at the end of December 2014 and followed it up with a century against arch-rivals Pakistan in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. On asked about his love affair with the Adelaide Oval, Kohli said, “There is something about this ground you know. Whenever I step into this stadium, there is something that really sinks with me,” Kohli told BCCI.TV. “Naturally, I feel wonderful coming here. All my nerves calm down pretty nicely. It is just about the whole atmosphere of the new stands and the crowd in your ears. It is a wonderful stadium to play as a cricketer, and when you have big crowds, it feels great.” FULL CRICKET SCORECARD: India vs Australia 2015-16, 1st T20I at Adelaide
