Virat Kohli was out caught and bowled by Dhawal Kulkarni for 12 off 18 in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 Eliminator between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). RCB got off to a decent start, scoring 41 before Chris Gayle was bowled for 27 by Kulkarni. AB de Villiers and Mandeep Singh were the batsmen for RCB. Kohli had faced only 10 balls for his eight runs at the time of Gayle’s dismissal. He only added four more runs off his next 18 balls before offering a tame chance back to Kulkarni, who had two for 15 in three overs. Chris Morris and James Faulkner opened bowling for RR, but Kulkarni was soon into the game as well. Earlier, Kohli won the toss and decided that RCB would bat first against RR. Sreenath Aravind replaced Ashok Dinda in the RCB line-up, while Ankit Sharma came in to replace Brainder Sran. Both sides made solitary changes each.
