Virat Kohli scores his maiden T20 hundred on his idol Sachin Tendulkar’s 43rd birthday. Another coincidence is, like Tendulkar, Kohli brought up his 100 on the last ball of the innings. Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) won the toss and elected to bat first against Gujarat Lions (GL) in Match 19 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016. Looking at the way the Rajkot curators dished out the wicket, it was a good decision to bat first. Despite losing Shane Watson early, Kohli went all guns blazing and scored runs at a brisk rate.
