When it comes the Indian skipper Virat Kohli, what’s more fascinating about him apart from his flawless gameplay is that his fitness. It has hardly been anytime when Kohli has missed out on a game or a series due to health issues. Nevertheless, the reason to his healthy fitness is mostly due to his strict fitness regime, as he also urges his teammates to maintain the same fitness routine if they want to play effortlessly for a continuous period of seven to eight months. On his fitness details, apart from his daily workout at the gym, it is his diet too that has allowed him to stay fit. Meanwhile, Kohli recently shared his breakfast schedule. On his breakfast schedule

“I have a set breakfast. I eat an omelette, three egg whites, one whole egg. The spinach black pepper and cheese, some grilled bacon or smoked salmon along with it. I eat papaya or dragon fruit if it’s available or watermelon. I eat decent amount of cheese for good fats. I carry my own butters and I get gluten free bread from the hotels…so I apply on that. Then a nice big pot of green tea with lemon, I drink three to four cups of that. When our trainer Mr. Basu tells me to put on a bit of muscle then I increase red meat. Otherwise generally for lunch it’s grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, spinach and veggies and for dinner it’s seafood,” said Kohli during a TV show hosted by Gaurav Kapur, “Breakfast with Champions”.
