The royal couple of Belgium — King Philippe and Queen Mathilde — had a different outing as they visited Mumbai on Friday, playing cricket with Virender Sehwag. As the Belgian couple visited Mumbai’s Oval Maidan, Sehwag asked them to join for a match. Both the king and the queen are fond of the game and readily agreed. Not only did Mathilde faced the young cricketers, but she also bowled a few deliveries to them, later taking her time out for a quick chat with them.
Sehwag was in Mumbai to be a part of an event on Friday, as reported by Deccan Chronicles. UNICEF organised the meet and greet for the children who eventually got the chance to play cricket with the honourable guests. Later, Sehwag gifted the couple n autographed bat.
