Virender Sehwag has reached 4,000 runs in T20 cricket during Kings XI Punjab’s (KXIP) match against Delhi Daredevils (DD) in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015, Match 10 at Pune. Sehwag achieved this feat when he reached 15 in his innings, which has been on a much slower side than usual. Sehwag has been a good player in the IPL already having played for DD in the earlier seasons. Sehwag will hope that he stays out in the middle till the end and helps DD reach a formidable total. KXIP captain George Bailey had earlier won the toss and had no hesitation in batting first. KXIP have named an unchanged squad for this match and DD have roped in Dominic Joseph in place of left-arm pacer Jaydev Undakat. DD will be looking to get off the mark in the tournament and KXIP on the other hand will look to build on their excellent win in the previous match against Mumbai Indians (MI).
