Watch Amitabh Bachchan nail the ‘Tracer Bullet Challenge’ in his epic voice

The ‘Tracer Bullet Challenge’, thrown by former Team India Director and currently a commentator for the ongoing India – England Test series, Ravi Shastri is gaining immense popularity on social media. The challenge, initially taken by Shastri’s colleagues in commentary box and then by the former and current Indian players, has now hit the Bollywood. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who himself is an avid cricket follower, has now taken the challenge, where the person is required to imitate Shastri’s famous commentary catchphrase in his inimitable style. Amitabh, whose epic voice is loved by one and all, has stumped his fans and followers in the video shared by BCCI’s official Twitter handle.

Amitabh nailed it completely! Going by his avatar, it appears that he took the challenge from the sets of ‘Sarkar 3’, as he can be seen in the attire and get-up of Subhash Nagre; a character that has become extremely popular over the years. Before Amitabh, Shastri’s colleagues from the commentary box namely, Sunil Gavaskar, Sanjay Manjrekar, Aakash Chopra, Kapil Dev, Deep Dasgupta, Sir Ian Botham, Nasser Hussain and Mike Atherton also took the challenge.

Apart from the commentators, former and current Indian players like Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Virat Kohli, Ravichandran Ashwin and Hardik Pandya also took the challenge. It will be interesting to see whether Shastri, who rated his fellow commentators’ performance, rates Big B’s act too. Also, now that the ‘Tracer Bullet Challenge’ has entered the Bollywood, more and more actors can be seen taking it up in the coming days.
