WATCH: LSG owner Sanjiv Goenka’s speech in Dressing room Following some intense chat with Rishabh Pant

In a video shared by Lucknow Super Giants, owner Sanjiv Goenka was seen having a conversation with all the players in order to motivate them.

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) faced a one-wicket loss to Delhi Capitals (DC) in their opening clash of Indian Premier League (2025) on March 24. Even though it seemed that LSG will secure the match, DC’s impact substitute Ashutosh Sharma clinched a victory for his team in the final over of the clash. After the match, LSG captain Rishabh pant was seen chatting with head coach and franchise owner Sanjiv Goenka.

Social media users did not waste time to post memes regarding the meeting. However, LSG have now shared a video where Goenka was delivering some wise words to the players in order to motivate them.

“Lots of positive that I take away from this game in batting, in bowling,” Goenka said in a video shared by LSG.

“The way we had the Powerplay in both batting and bowling was brilliant. We are a young team. Let’s look at the positives and look forward from tomorrow to the 27th. And hopefully, we’ll have a better result. Disappointing result but great game. So, well done,” he added.

DC lost their IPL season opener to LSG, but captain Rishabh Pant will now be aiming to come out better and lead his team to a victorious campaign with the upcoming matches
