During the IPL 2025 clash between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Nitish Kumar Reddy was visibly frustrated on his dismissal. This was evident by his action, as he threw his helmet when he went off the field.
The right-handed batter came to play in the early phase of their innings as SRH had lost two wickets in quick succession. Shardul Thakur was the bowler to cause this havoc and out Sunrisers Hyderabad in such a situation.
Nitish Kumar Reddy came to the pitch and shared a partnership with Travis Head, but Head got dismissed on 47 runs. A partnership with Heinrich Klaasen was next, which was again met with the fall of Klaasen. As most of the experienced players were dismissed, the responsibility to guide the team was on Reddy’s shoulders. However, he could not stand up to the expectations and was clean bowled by Ravi Bishnoi.

On the very first ball, Ravi bowled a ball where Nitish advanced down the pitch. Unfortunately Reddy failed to connect the shot and the ball hit the stumps. Reddy was clearly upset with himself as he gave away his wicket, and did not hold back to express his frustration.
