Star Indian cricketer and Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Punjab Kings (PBKS) captain Shreyas Iyer is currently not engaged in any commitments, and is spending time with his family. From those several moments, a specific video clip is going viral on social media, where the ‘Sarpanch’ was seen getting clean bowled by his mother.

The video got shared by Punjab Kings through their official X (formerly known as Twitter) account, and making rounds on social media, where Shreyas Iyer is playing cricket with his mother in their house. The clip shows the star player getting bowled out by his mother.

Only time SARPANCH (leader) won’t mind getting bowled!” Punjab Kings wrote on their X handle.

Speaking about Shreyas Iyer, he is not engaged in any cricket. He is likely going to be named in India’s white-ball team as they go to tour Bangladesh series, set to begin August 17.

Speaking about the Indian team, they are currently engaged in a five-match Test series against England, with first clash in Leeds being complete. The English team won the Leeds Test, and are leading the series 1-0. The hosts have already announced their playing XI for the second Test- which is set to be played in Edgbaston.

The Indian team is playing without their veteran players Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and R Ashwin- and are being led by Shubman Gill. A lot younger players are now in the team, and they have still performed decently against England. Yashasvi Jaiswal, KL Rahul and Gill scored a century each in the Leeds Test, along with vice-captain Rishabh Pant scoring a double-century in the clash.
