Varun Chakravarthy stunned Glenn Phillips with a spectacular delivery, as he bowled out the New Zealand batter.

India is facing New Zealand in the Champions Trophy 2025 final clash. New Zealand team had won the toss and decided to bat first. The Black Caps were off to a good start, but then saw the fall of three wickets in small time-gap and another wicket after a short while.

Glenn Phillips had then stitching up a partnership of more than 50 runs with Daryl Mitchell, when Varun Chakravarthy came in with his mysterious spin bowling. During the fifth ball of 38th over, Varun dismissed Phillips, as he bowled him out clean.

The delivery was a googly, to which Phillips was taken by surprised. The ball was nicely bowled, getting lot of air time and tossed towards the outside off, but then turned in and beat Phillips as it snuck past the gap between the bat and his pad.
