India star batter Virat Kohli’s return to the Ranji Trophy didn’t turn out as expected as the 36-year-old had his wickets shattered by pacer Himanshu Sangwan.
Kohli did hit Sangwan for a brilliant boundary a ball before, however the bowler managed to get his revenge on the very next delivery. The batter was dismissed for just 6 runs off 15 deliveries, extending his slump in the red-ball format.

The wicket saw Delhi get restricted to 86/3 and the massive crowd that had come solely to see Kohli were left highly disappointed with the batter’s display.
Following Kohli’s wicket on the second day of the match, many fans started leaving the stadium. If the 36-year-old fails to perform in the second innings as well, then it is safe to say that the Indian team will have a big problem on their hands.
