Following India’s third Test match of the five-match series against England at the iconic Lord’s cricket ground, a shocking video has been going viral on the internet. Actually, Jitesh Sharma- a teammate of Virat Kohli from Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)- got denied entry at the venue.
Jitesh Sharma- the wicketkeeper-batter of Royal Challengers Bengaluru- went in to watch the live action at Lord’s, where the security guard did not recognize him, and might have believed him to be a fan trying to enter. Jitesh was shocked at the time and was repeatedly stating who he was, but the guard did not budge.
Suddenly Dinesh Karthik arrived at the venue, and all the Indian fans started calling him by shouting “DK……DK….:. However, Dinesh might have thought that to be the usual behavior of the fans and he simply went in. Jitesh had no other chance of entering, and had to eventually call Karthik. Here is the video:

After Jitesh Sharma made the phone call to Dinesh Karthik, he then came back out to spot the wicketkeeper-batter. After that, Dinesh asked the security to let Jitesh in and then only the guard let him pass. This incident has taken all the fans and supporters by shock, as security guards failed to identify Jitesh Sharma even though he is such a big cricketing star.
Speaking about the Lord’s Test, Indian team failed to grab the upper hand on the England team after they posted a low scoring total of 192. Both the teams had posted a tied score of 387 in their first innings and the visitors witnessed a collapse in their top and middle-order.
