West Indies captain Darren Sammy has said that his team might have fallen down badly in the India series recently because players were caught up in the frenzy over Sachin Tendulkar”s retirement.

 

According to News.com.au, Sammy said that it was a little bit more peaceful in New Zealand and they could focus more on cricket.

 

Sammy is expecting the New Zealanders to have the added motivation of getting some payback over coming weeks, when the sides will also play five one-dayers and two Twenty20s, the report said.
