West Indies opt to bat against Pakistan in 1st T20

West Indies captain Darren Sammy won the toss and elected to bat against Pakistan in the first Twenty20 International at the Arnos Vale Ground, Kingstown, St Vincent in Kingstown on Saturday.

Pakistan will aim to keep their domination over the home side, having won the five-match ODI series 3-1.
