Australia take on South Africa in Match 4 of the Tri-Nation Series 2016 at Warner Park, St. Kitts. Catch the live streaming of the match on tensports.com and live telecast of the match on TEN 3 and TEN HD. Proteas will be on fire especially after decimating Australia in both the team’s first encounter between them in Guyana. They will look to inflict more pain on the World Champions but will know the road is never easy facing the mighty Aussies. Till now, all three teams involved in the tri-series have won and lost one match each from Round 1 of the tournament and the upcoming matches are nicely set up. Spinners have played a key part in the tri-series so far but the pitch in Warner Park is not expected to be so effective and is expected to help the seamers at the start. As a result, Australia have Nathan Lyon, Adam Zampa and part-time option of Glenn Maxwell but may face a selection dilemma if they plan to drop one of their two main spinners to make more room for a pacer. South Africa, on the other hand, has Imran Tahir, Aaron Phangiso and a very useful JP Duminy at their disposal and will like to carry on with the same team.
It will be South Africa who will be a confident side going into the match but one can never rule out the chances of a comeback from Australia who take their game very seriously and would have practiced hard after their 47-run loss the other night. Mitchell Starc will make a comeback after being rested from the previous match and will test the Proteas line-up who has struggled so far in the series. Their top-order needs to find its feat if they want to reach the final. READ: Tri-nation series 2016: South Africa’s Rilee Rossouw ruled out
Nonetheless, it will be an interesting contest. South Africa would want to win back-to-back matches against favourites, Australia whereas Australia would want to move on from their slip in the previous game and return to winning ways.
