Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Piyush Chawla the members of India’s 2011 World cup winning squad pick their favourite 2011 World Cup moment in Salaam Cricket conclave, organised by “Aaj Tak” .

For Yuvraj, it was the quarter-final against Australia. He said, “The victory against Australia. However, the turnaround came after the defeat against South Africa. We were 200- odd for 1 before we were bowled out and South Africa chased it down. We had a team meeting and decided not to watch TV or read newspapers and focus. It worked.”

According to Harbhajan the Semi-final against Pakistan was his favourite moment. “The semifinal against Pakistan. It was in Punjab. There were many luminaries present. Shoaib met me before the match for tickets. He added that he will arrange for Mumbai tickets himself. When I asked him why he needed tickets for his family at Mumbai, he said he would be playing the final. Well, it didn’t turn out to be that way.”

Piyush Chawla picked the Tied match against England as his favourite moment. “England match. When I came to bowl the 49th over I was confused. The second ball went for a six, but I fought back. If I bowl 10,000 overs in my life I will not forget that single over.”
