The <a href="https://www.cricketcountry.com/teams/zimbabwe" target="_blank">Zimbabwe</a> A squad has resumed camp in Harare, to finalise their preparations to host <a href="https://www.cricketcountry.com/teams/Afghanistan" target="_blank">Afghanistan</a> A. Coach Douglas Hondo, his assistant Wayne James, team analyst Stanley Chioza, fielding coach Walter Chawaguta and fitness trainer Walter Karimanzira are working with a squad of 18 players. The Afghanistan A side is expected in Harare on Tuesday (Tuesday the 24th of January) for five one-day matches to be played at Harare Sports Club. The first match is on Friday, the second on Sunday, the third next Tuesday and the fourth next Friday. The tour ends with the fifth one-dayer on Sunday the 5th of February. <p></p> <p></p>On Monday, the Zimbabwe A players and their senior counterparts attended a three-hour session conducted by South African mental performance coach Christo Spies. On Tuesday, the Zimbabwe A side will play a 50-over match against their senior counterparts at Harare Sports Club. After the A tour, Zimbabwe will host the senior Afghanistan side for five one-day international matches. All the matches will also be at Harare Sports Club.
