Michael Dodge of Getty Images captured Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell taking a diving catch to dismiss Shaiman Anwar of United Arab Emirates (UAE) during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 warm up match between the countries at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Wednesday.

Australia’s fielding during the match was generally outstanding but Maxwell’s catch to get rid of Anwar was something spectacular. With Mitchell Marsh bowling, Anwar had top-edged and Maxwell, came in running from midwicket, dived forward and picked up the catch with his left hand, very close to the turf. Another stunning catch goes into the ‘Maxwell bucket’ of amazing catches.

Batting first, the hosts put up 304 on the board for the loss of eight wickets with Michael Clarke making an impressive comeback scoring a 61-ball 64. Aaron Finch (61), Steve Smith (59), George Bailey (46) were the other notable contributors for Australia.
