Mumbai Indians secured their place in the Qualifier-2 of the Indian Premier League 2025 as they beat Gujarat Titans by 20 runs. The clash was held on Friday May 30, and during the match, star pacer Jasprit Bumrah and head coach Mahela Jayawardene were seen having an argument.
Sai Sudarshan and Washington Sundar were batting for Gujarat Titans when this incident happened. Jasprit Bumrah was stationed near the boundary line, and was spotted in a disagreement about something.

After this disagreement, Jasprit Bumrah came in to bowl the next over and provided a much-needed breakthrough for the team, as he dismissed Washington Sundar with a deadly yorker. Bumrah gave out 27 runs in his spell of 4 overs while also claiming a wicket.
Jasprit Bumrah has had an impressive performance for Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League 2025. He has player 11 matches and secured 18 wickets. He is the second-highest wicket taker for the team in this season after Trent Boult (21 wickets).
