Played only 6 matches, Former Indian pacer registers himself to play in the Big Bash League

Siddarth Kaul- who played only 6 international matches for India- has registered himself for the men's Big Bash League (BBL)

On Tuesday, Cricket Australia revealed that former Indian pacer Siddarth Kaul has registered himself for the men’s Big Bash League (BBL) draft- to be played in Australia.

Siddarth Kau is the only Indian player
Siddarth Kaul, who retired from international cricket after playing only three ODI matches and as many T20Is for India, is the only Indian male player who has registered himself in the BBL draft.

Siddarth Kaul has been part of India’s T20I and ODI team
Siddarth Kaul played international cricket from 2018-19, and was a part of Indian team for three One-Day internationals and as many T20 international matches. He did not manage to get any wickets in ODI matches, but bagged 4 wickets in T20Is.

Contrary to his short time in Indian national side, Siddarth has played for a lot of teams in the Indian Premier League. He has been a part of Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

15 Indian players registered for WBBL:
Apart from Siddarth Kaul, a total of 15 women Indian cricketers have also registered for the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL).
