Star Indian player Virat Kohli has gotten special permission from the BCCI to conduct his fitness test in London instead of Bengaluru.

Most of the Indian players reached the National Cricket Academy Bengaluru (NCAB) for their fitness test, which is very important for every player to know their potential and fitness skills for upcoming important games or contests.
All the players flew to Bengaluru except one, the star Indian player, Virat Kohli, remained the only one who wanted to give his fitness test in London. According to the reports, Kohli is currently residing in London with his family. However, he got special permission from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). After getting the special permission, he also passed the fitness examination.
According to a report by Dainik Jagran, players like Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Mohammed Siraj etc. They all cleared their fitness examination in Bengaluru. However, Virat Kohli also passed the fitness test, which is done in London.

Most of the players won’t be able to give the test due to their injury and also unavailability. All the members of India’s T20I squad are set to fly to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) soon for the Asia Cup 2025. However, Virat Kohli isn’t a part of the squad for the Asia Cup, as he has retired from the T2OI format.
The Hindi daily further claimed that the players who have given their fitness tests (fully or partially) are: Rohit Sharma, Mohammed Siraj, Shubman Gill, Jitesh Sharma, Prasidh Krishna, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Abhinav Manohar, Rinku Singh, Avesh Khan, Axar Patel, Suryakumar Yadav, Ravi Bishnoi, Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, Mohammed Shami, Varun Chakravarthy, Mukesh Kumar, Hardik Pandya, Sarfaraz Khan, Tilak Varma, Umran Malik, Arshdeep Singh, Kuldeep Yadav, Dhruv Jurel, Shardul Thakur, Washington Sundar, and Yashasvi Jaiswal.
According to a report, Virat Kohli is the only player who gets special permission from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to give his fitness test in another country. However, the rest of the players gave their test in Bengaluru.
