India’s star pacer Jasprit Bumrah had a hilarious moment when he was recalling his most memorable moment during a press conference after the second day of the Lord’s Test ended.
Jasprit Bumrah was leading India’s pace attack, and came out with number of 5/74. He bagged wickets of Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes and Jofra Archer- ending England’s innings on a score of 387. After the day ended, he attended the conference and responded to reporters and their queries.
The hilarious incident happened during this time as while answering one of the reporter’s query, a phone that might have been placed near him, suddenly started ringing to which Bumrah jokingly said- :Somebody’s wife is calling, but I will not pick it up.”
