The third umpire has a look at it multiple times and after taking his time, signals it as not out. From one angle it looked like Tharanga is gone, but from another, he appears to be safe. The TV umpire probably didn't have conclusive evidence and in fairness, that's the right call to make in such a situation. But terrific stuff from Mushfiqur Rahim nonetheless, that was some really swift glovework.
