Imad Wasim was the man to make the breakthrough and ensured that the Windies stayed down. He picked up a five-wicket haul, the first ever in T20I history and gave away a paltry 14 runs. The other bowlers did well too, limiting the visitors to a total of 115 with Tanvir picking up two wickets of his own.

With 8 wickets down and 48 runs on the board the situation seemed nigh impossible. However, Bravo and Taylor came in to save face for the Men from the Caribbeans. They put up a 66-run partnership to stablize the innings. Bravo led from the front with a hard-earned 55.

The heat seemed to get the better of the tourists in the second half but they didn't do much better in the first either. If Pakistan looked completely in their element, the same could not be said of the West Indies. Lackadaisical and lacklustre, their performance on the field left a lot to be desired. No matter what the bowlers threw at the batsmen, they couldn't hold back the runs. Samuel Badree picked up the lone wicket but it was not enough under the pressure of the scoreboard.

Sharjeel Khan got Pakistan off to a flyer but was dismissed before he could really get into his element. Latif stayed on with Azam, who scored his maiden half-century, and the pair racked up a match-winning stand of 88 runs.

Short and sweet is how Pakistan did it. They have wrapped up the game with 9 wickets in hand once more. This time they have done it with 34 balls remaining and are asserting a completely new T20I side. It was Azam and Latif who took the hosts across the line, cruising through the Windies bowlers with ease.
