There to be punished and Denly does so. But he plays that with his feet stuck in mud. Hence, the game decides that he can stick no longer in the middle. An outside edge is generated and Shane Dowrich does the rest. The umpire wants to check whether Joseph is cutting the sidelines but replays show that he is fine.

K Roach to Bairstow, OUT! Plumb LBW is Bairstow and he has to go! What a start after Lunch. Full and straight, Jonny looks to flick but misses and is hit right in front. Roach appeals, goes down on his haunches but umpire Gaffaney calmly shakes his head. Roach is confident and eggs his captain on to take the review. There is a big discussion and almost the 15 seconds are about to get over when Holder signals the 'T'. Hawk Eye justifies that call. Big blow. Body blow. Half the side is gone.

A Joseph to Root, OUT! Gloved, in the air... caught, no dropped and then taken by someone else! Brilliant teamwork! Root is gone! The horror period continues to be even woeful for the visitors with their skipper dismissed. This is a real brute from Alzarri. Extraordinary dismissal. On a length just short of full, Root comes forward to defend but the ball suddenly bounces, kicking off and catches Root by surprise. He tries to fend it away but poor bloke, cannot do anything. The ball lobs towards second slip where John Campbell tracks back, leaps and gets his right hand to it. However, the ball does not stick and lobs up again in the air. Now, look at the presence of mind from Shai Hope. He is standing at third slip and watching the ball. He swiftly gets across, dives and takes a stunner! Superb teamwork. Root is in dismay. What a difference a second can make. Had he managed to take his glove off and then the ball hit it, he would have been not out because it would not have been in contact with the bat. Tough luck.

J Holder to Buttler, OUT! Edged and taken! Holder has his first. A bit of a procession in the middle now. A length ball outside off, Buttler walks down the track to defend but the ball moves away after pitching, takes the outside edge and goes straight to a waiting John Campbell at second slip. Movement, bounce and pace are doing England in here.

S Gabriel to Stokes, OUT! Caught behind! Now then. Now then. The big Ben is gone. Excellent bowling from Gabriel. He has been at Stokes, both verbally and with the ball and eventually gets his man. A couple of overs ago, he hit Stokes on the glove. Then, he beat him by pace with a full ball in this over. Then followed it up with a bounce, pegging him back. And finally, gets a length ball, outside off, induces a flat-footed waft and voila! Stokes is gone! 93/6 now...

K Roach to Ali, OUT! In the air, in the air, in the air and taken! Windies have their 7th and Roach has his third. Moeen is gone. Just when we felt that he is ready to get to that century, he falls. This has got nothing to do with the pitch. It has got nothing to do with the swing. It has got nothing to do with the seam movement. This is just pure brainy bowling from Roach. He bowls it full and Moeen instantly goes for the flick. But then, Roach cunningly changes his pace and the timing of Ali goes awry. S Gabriel to Foakes, OUT! DRAGGED ON! Again, a wicket leads to the fall of another wicket. A short ball, around middle, Foakes looks to pull but the ball comes on slowly, takes the glove, hits the thigh and then deflects onto the stumps! Foakes' gritty knock comes to an end in a sad fashion.

K Roach to Sam Curran, OUT! Gloved to slip! Curran goes. Just before this over, he popped in a couple of painkillers. The blow he received on the gloves a couple of overs ago, off Gabriel, has made him highly uncomfortable. Roach lands this on a good length, makes it to nip back in, generates extra bounce and hits Curran hard on the glove as he looks to defend. Tosses it above the eyeline of Bravo, the southpaw comes down the track but halfway through, realizes that he is done in flight. Tries to adjust by aiming to defend the ball but is nowhere even close to the pitch of it. Misses while Bairstow doesn't. Whips the bails off in a jiffy. WINDIES LEAD BY 119!

He wanted to get as many runs as possible on this pitch which is starting to play plenty of tricks. Full and outside off, Shimron tries to play the slog sweep but this time, the ball turns, takes the top edge and just goes straight up in the air. For a second, it seems like the ball will land safely but Anderson comes charging in from long off, keeps his eyes on the ball and dives forward to take a stunner. Now then. The Windies are a run behind. 5 wickets left. A couple of more quick wickets and we would be blessed with a one-inning shootout.

S Broad to Dowrich, OUT! Caught at third slip! That is a brute of a delivery. Almost similar to what Joe Root got in England's innings, but this was a touch on the softer side. It is on a fuller length outside off and Dowrich comes forward to defend. But the ball suddenly explodes, takes the glove and lobs gently towards Jos Buttler at third slip. Watchful innings from Dowrich and an important one. The lead is just one shy of 50.

The ball takes the outside edge and goes straight to third slip where John Campbell takes it easily. Hard luck for Burns as he could not have done anything. England still trail by 84.

A Joseph to Joe Denly, OUT! Left alone and Denly has to walk back alone! Timberrrrrrr! No emotions from Joseph for obvious reasons. No reaction from Denly either. But the entire Windies team is pumped up. This 20-year old lad has just suffered a personal loss this morning. But instead of being with his family, he is here, playing for his national side. This is a ripper of a delivery. On a length outside off, Denly gets across but then shoulders arms. He trusts the line, trusts the bounce, perhaps expecting it to bounce over. But it doesn't. J Holder to J Bairstow, OUT! BOWLED! Holder has been trying and trying to get rid of Bairstow, nearly got him twice and on the third occasion, he strikes gold! Bairstow has come and Bairstow has gone. Suddenly, England are two down. Things are happening. A length ball outside off, Jonny plays a loose shot, trying to drive on the up but this is not that kind of a pitch! He misses the ball by a mile as it deviates back in, goes past the inside edge and cannons into the timber! England are still 70 adrift...

Joseph to Root, OUT! Caught behind! Wow. Superb review from Holder. He can do nothing wrong at the moment. The Midas of Windies cricket. A length ball outside off, Root looked to defend but the ball came back in a long way and hit the pads, on its way to the keeper. Now, there is no reaction from the bowler. But Holder comes charging in from first slip towards the umpire. Nothing from the bowler still. The captain looks at his slip cordon and then signals the 'T'. And yes, Snickometer shows a spike when the ball passes the glove. Root has to go! 35/0 has now become 56/3...

Holder to Buttler, OUT! Umpire's call it is and Buttler departs too! Holder is on a roll. He lands this on a good length in line of the stumps and Buttler is deep in his crease, trying to hop and work it to the leg side. He misses and is hit on the knee roll. Holder appeals, umpire Dharmasena thinks for a while and then raises his finger! Buttler takes the review and Hawk Eye shows it to be clipping the top of the bails! Unlucky for Buttler but such is the game... Three wickets for the captain now.

K Roach to Stokes, OUT! Dragged on! Number 5 is down. This is a poor, poor shot. They say, you live by the sword but you also die by it. Stokes was looking to counter-attack, trying to wipe off the deficit quickly but in that process, he has played one shot too many. Full and outside off, Ben plays for the outswinger but this one swings in. Catches the inside edge and rattles the leg stump. Stokes admonishes himself. The visitors need another 31 runs to make Windies bat again. Surely they can get past that?

K Roach to Ali, OUT! BOWLED! Yet another one hits the stumps. Fourth bowled dismissal in this innings. Full and fast around off, coming in with the angle, Moeen looks to drive but like Stokes, he is playing for the away-going ball. Gets a thick inside edge which hits him on his pads and then the stumps. 23 runs still adrift...

K Roach to Foakes, OUT! Spectacular review from Holder and England have lost their 7th still being in the deficit! Excellent bowling. On a length outside off, Foakes looks to defend coming half forward but the ball comes back in prodigiously, beats the bat by a mile and hits him on the front pad. Roach roars an LBW shout but the umpire turns it down. To the naked eye, it seems like height is the factor. But Roach is confident and so is Holder. In fact, the captain instantaneously agrees to go for the review. Hawk Eye shows three reds and Foakes has to go!

Roach to Broad, OUT! Another LBW! 9 down! Roach gets 4. Perfect ball to a tail-ender. Keep a short leg and a silly point, instilling the thought of a short ball in his mind, then bowl a full ball. Broad picks it late, looks to flick but is late. Is hit on the pads and Roach appeals. Umpire Gaffaney raises his finger in a flash. Broad walks across to Curran to chat regarding the review and after a brief discussion, is sent back.

J Holder to Anderson, OUT! Slower ball, chipped in the air and taken! Holder has 4. The slower ball, at 122 kph, fuller in length, Anderson is foxed by the change in pace, as he backs away and looks to go inside out. He is early into the shot and just spoons the ball in the air. Alzarri Joseph charges in from mid on, keeps his eyes on the ball and dives in front to take a wonderful catch. 14 RUNS NEEDED FOR A 2-0 SERIES LEAD!
