Delhi HC allow ESPN and Star to be made party in plea against sharing sports telecast
The Delhi High Court has allowed the plea of Star India Pvt Ltd and its sister concern ESPN Software India Pvt Ltd to be made party in a case dealing with implementation of a law which provides for mandatory sharing of feed of cricket matches held in India with Prasar Bharati.

ICC World T20 2012: ESPN Star Sports win case over unauthorised broadcast
Official broadcasters of the ongoing ICC World Twenty20, ESPN STAR Sports, today said it has got permanent injunction from the Delhi High Court against unauthorised broadcast of the mega-event by cable operators, hotels and websites.
